Directions

Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 200⁰C fan-forced.
  2. In a bowl, combine falafel mix (200 g) with 200 mL of water and a dash of oil.
  3. Allow water to absorb for 5 minutes and stir again.
  4. With damp hands, shape falafel mix into small to medium balls.
  5. Spray falafels lightly with oil and place on a baking paper lined tray.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until light brown and crispy.
  7. Flip halfway
  8. Serve hot!

Frying Pan:

  1. In a bowl, combine falafel mix (200 g) with 200 mL of water.
  2. Allow water to absorb for 5 minutes and stir again.
  3. With damp hands, shape falafel mix into small to medium balls.
  4. Shallow fry in oil for 7-10 minutes until browned.
  5. Flip half way.

Serve Hot!
